Thank you for becoming a member of Evensong Farm's Cow Share community! I really appreciate your patience as this process took longer with our butcher than it usually does!(He broke his foot in a ground hog hole, but is on the mend.)

 

Your beef has been dry aged, cut, packed, flash frozen, and I have carefully divided it for you into a variety of options to choose from. They are listed below in the shop with the shares first and extras toward the bottom. The share prices reflect the balance due after taking your $65 deposit into account.

 

The 14 shares range from 16-22 pounds with the final price per pound ranging from 10.50-13.50. Everyone got 5 pounds of ground beef, a chuck roast, and a pack of New York Strip steaks. All but a few shares also have Rib Steaks and Minute Steaks (great for sandwiches and salads). After that, each share is slightly different. Click on the image to bring up the full description of each share. After the share descriptions are the a la carte options and you can add additional items like tongue, heart, liver, bones, tallow, or more ground beef.

Pick whichever share is best for you, add extras if you want them, and pay the balance due. As they are sold they will become unavailable so select quickly!

I can bring your shares to the farmers markets in Silver Spring or Dupont Circle (let me know your day and time in advance), or you can pick up on the farm by appointment. (Special delivery and/or shipping may be able to be arranged). Please plan to get your shares in the next two weeks.
