Thank you for becoming a member of Evensong Farm's Cow Share community! I really appreciate your patience as this process takes me a long time to complete.

Your beef has been dry aged for a full two weeks, cut, packed, flash frozen, and I have carefully divided it for you into a variety of options to choose from. Details about what are in the shares are in this PDF spreadsheet. Make your selection below in the shop with the shares first and extras toward the bottom. The share prices reflect the balance due after taking your $100 deposit into account.

 

The 17 shares range from 14-25 pounds with the final price per pound ranging from 10.50-13.25. Please look at the pdf I sent by email for the details of what is included in each share. In previous years I wrote out the descriptions but I feel that the spreadsheet might be easier for you all to discern how the shares differ. The weights are fairly accurate, but I would still consider them approximate. After the share listing are the a la carte options and you can add additional items like tongue, heart, liver, bones, tallow, or more ground beef.

Pick whichever share is best for you, add extras if you want them, and pay the balance due. As they are sold they will become unavailable so select quickly!

I can bring your shares to the farmers markets in Silver Spring or Dupont Circle (let me know your day and time in advance), or you can pick up on the farm by appointment. (Special delivery and/or shipping may be able to be arranged). Please plan to get your shares in the next two weeks.
